As for content, light novel's words are bigger and fewer in one page compare to the translated fiction, so it is more easy for people to read.
And the atmosphere in the book vary from books to books, but they tend to add humorous elements in the story. Also, there are illustrations from time to time. Illustrator will pick about ten scenes and draw them.
Many animation are adopted from light novels, and I enjoyed them both when I was a junior high school student. This reading habit benefits me a lot, first is that I can focus on the words and read to the end. Second, I gain an ability of creative thinking since those stories are all fantasy.
I think it was light novel that took me into the ACG(Anime, Comic and Games)world, and it was because my best friend in junior high school brought light novels to school every day.
Have you ever seen a light novel before or ever caught a glimpse of them on the shelf of a book store? Please feel free to share with me about your feeling about light novel or even ACG.
Thanks for watching and see you next week!

I seldom read light novels because I am an extremely lazy person as you know. However, I am really fond of watching animations which adopted from the light novels. They are really interesting. Maybe we can share our felling of watching some animations together someday lol.
回覆刪除You remind me a friend of mine in high school. He is a fanatical fan of light novel and there was always a series of novels in his drawer at the school. Once we were on the graduation trip to Taipei he spent about 2000 USD on light novels and it made me and others classmate felt stunned. Can you imagine that he had 3 twenty-eight-inch suitcases all full of novels when he got back to our school? All I was thinking at that time is that "this boy was crazy!"
